Your salon data remains under your control.

1. Controller and contact

StilPlan is published by Ali Babi (BabiLabs), Büyükçekmece, Istanbul, Türkiye. Privacy questions can be sent to babilabs@duck.com.

2. Scope

This policy applies to the StilPlan mobile application for Android and iOS and to these StilPlan information pages. The app and website have different technical roles, described below.

3. Information processed inside the app

Depending on the features you use, StilPlan can process information you enter or import, including:

• salon name, contact details, opening hours, services, prices, categories, employees, and inventory;
• customer names, telephone numbers, email addresses, notes, communication preferences, treatment history, and treatment photos;
• appointments, appointment notes, status, duration, assigned employee, and payment or revenue records;
• app settings, language, currency, reminder preferences, local PIN settings, and device role; and
• locally generated backups, exports, reports, and privacy-safe diagnostic information.

This information is stored in private app storage on your device. It is not uploaded to Ali Babi, BabiLabs, analytics providers, advertising networks, or a StilPlan cloud service. StilPlan has no user account, online booking portal, or developer-operated remote salon database.

4. Local Salon Mode

If you enable Salon Mode, selected salon records can be synchronized between devices that you explicitly pair on the same local network. Pairing uses a QR code and authenticated, encrypted communication. This transfer is direct between the paired devices and is not routed through a StilPlan server.

Local app protection settings, PIN information, biometric preferences, generated diagnostic files, backup reminders, store entitlements, and encryption credentials are not synchronized as salon records.

5. Camera, photos, and QR codes

Camera access is requested only when you start QR scanning or treatment-photo capture. Photo-library or gallery access is used only when you choose an existing treatment photo. StilPlan does not scan your general photo library. Treatment photos are stored in private app-managed storage.

Before a treatment photo is added, StilPlan records the customer's photo-permission choice. This app feature supports salon record keeping but does not create legal consent documents on your behalf.

6. Notifications and reminders

If you enable reminders, StilPlan uses operating-system notification features to schedule local appointment and backup reminders. Reminder information is processed on the device. On Android, boot-completion access may be used to restore scheduled local reminders after a restart.

7. WhatsApp, contacts, sharing, and exports

StilPlan can prepare appointment text and open WhatsApp only after an action you initiate. You review and send the message inside WhatsApp. WhatsApp then processes the information under its own privacy terms.

The app can also open a new-contact draft, a system share sheet, or a system file picker. You choose the destination and confirm the action. StilPlan does not read your address book and does not automatically send messages, exports, reports, or backups.

8. Backups and restore

Backups are created only when you request them and are saved to a location you select. You decide whether customer photos are included. Backups are separate historical files: deleting information from the app does not rewrite or delete copies you previously exported. You are responsible for protecting and deleting files stored outside the app.

9. Purchases and the three-day trial

StilPlan provides a three-day trial without starting a subscription or automatic payment. Basic and the optional salon main-device feature are one-time, non-consumable in-app purchases.

Google Play or Apple processes purchases, payment details, receipts, and store-account information under its own terms. StilPlan requests product information and receives purchase status needed to unlock purchased features. The publisher does not receive your full payment-card details. Purchase rights and trial status may be cached locally on the device and are not included in salon-data backups.

10. Diagnostics, analytics, advertising, and tracking

StilPlan contains no advertising, third-party analytics, behavioral tracking, social login, or developer-operated crash telemetry. A diagnostic report is created only at your request and is shown to you before export. It excludes customer names, telephone numbers, addresses, messages, notes, photos, payment details, backup contents, encryption keys, and pairing credentials.

11. Retention and deletion

App-managed information remains on your device until you edit or delete it. You can delete salon records inside the app. Uninstalling the app normally removes its private local database and managed files. Backups, reports, shared files, contact drafts, or exports saved elsewhere must be deleted separately. Because StilPlan has no user account or cloud database, there is no remote account to delete.

12. Security

StilPlan uses private app storage, optional local app protection, encrypted backup formats, and encrypted authenticated local-device transfer where applicable. Biometric verification is handled by the operating system; StilPlan does not receive or store biometric templates. No security method can eliminate every risk, so you should protect your device and exported files.

13. Children

StilPlan is a professional salon-management tool intended for adult business users and is not directed at children. The publisher does not knowingly collect children's personal information through the app.

14. Website hosting

These static pages are hosted through GitHub Pages. We do not add analytics, advertising, tracking scripts, contact forms, or non-essential cookies. GitHub may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, and timestamps to deliver and protect its hosting service. See the GitHub General Privacy Statement.

15. Changes

This policy may be updated when StilPlan, this website, or applicable requirements change. The current text and update date will remain available on this page.
